What are your shipping options and times?
We offer two delivery options: Prime Fast & Free (1–2 business days after processing for Prime-eligible items) and Standard Shipping (delivery timeframes vary by product and are based on the delivery date shown on each product page, typically 3–5 business days after processing). Orders over $35 often qualify for free shipping, and Bazar automatically applies the fastest free option available for your specific cart. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for Prime-eligible items and on most domestic orders of $35 or more. If some items in your cart are Prime-eligible and others are not, Bazar’s checkout automatically calculates the best available shipping rate. All final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email from us with a real-time tracking link.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at support@bazar.earth, and we’ll send you a free, prepaid return label. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@bazar.earth with your order number and photos of the issue. You will likely need to return the item, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Bazar currently ships to all 50 U.S. states only.
How is my personal information used?
Bazar uses your data to process and ship your order, improve our services, and—only if you opt-in—send marketing emails. Your information is shared only with trusted partners that play a direct role in your purchase: Amazon for fulfillment and Stripe for secure payment processing.
