What are your shipping options and times?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by product and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current availability and policies. Many domestic orders may qualify for standard shipping rates. If some items in your cart have different shipping requirements, our checkout automatically calculates the best available shipping rate. All final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email from us with a real-time tracking link.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for any reason. We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective products in new and slightly used condition. Returns require documentation and photos for damaged/defective items. We'll send you a downloadable and printable prepaid return shipping label OR a drop-off QR code for returns via drop-off at carrier locations, in-store returns, or mail-in returns. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@bazar.earth with your order number and photos of the issue. You will likely need to return the item, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Bazar currently ships to all 50 U.S. states only.
