- EASY AND CONVIENT TO USE: THERA POINT is adjustable and available in 2 sizes. Small / Medium and Large / Extra Large. Small / Medium is recommended for forearm circumference of 7" – 10". Large / Extra Large size is recommended for forearm circumference of 10" – 12". For best fit measure approximately 2" from point of your elbow.
