This carrier comes with quarter-turn twist lock caps with straps to keep your hoses secure. To prevent moisture from building up in the carrier, both caps are vented. Each end cap also has a loop that allows the addition of a padlock for extra security. The multi-function design of this carrier also allows you to store fishing poles (without reels attached).
