FRESHFIELD Black Seed Oil is a single-origin, unrefined (raw, extra virgin) oil cold-pressed from black cumin (nigella sativa) seeds sourced directly from farmers. To ensure maximum potency and shelf life, we bottle our oil in the highest quality German-made glass bottles. This strong black seed oil is 3rd-party tested and lab verified to be pesticide-free, GMO-free, solvent-free (no hexane) and has at minimum 1.6% thymoquinone. Black seed oil may be helpful in supporting immune systems and, due to its many active volatile compounds (like thymoquinone), has a host of health benefits that are easily researchable online. This oil is suitable for consumption as well as external use; we like to rub it on sore joints after prolonged activity.
