- LENGTH: For grommet, rod pocket, back tab and tab top header, measure from the top of rod to where you want the bottom of the drapery to be (1/2" above the floor, or approximately 6" to 8" below the window sill ). Measure your rod or track, and decide curtain width. 3. Color. 4. Lining Type: Unlined; Privacy Lining (cotton blend in white, 100 gsm); Blackout Lining (140 gsm weight, white); Thermal blackout lining ( 250 gsm microfiber with white foam coated).
