For a secure seal, press firmly in the middle of the lid, then engage the latches; you'll hear air being released as you press the lid down. Once you’ve released all the air, lock the latches on the side of the container to seal. To replace the gasket, press the four corners down, then press the rest of the gasket into place, ensuring the gasket is pressed down fully and evenly.
