Bring back to a boil and reduce to medium-low heat. Let simmer while stirring frequently. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add favorite seasoning and/or fruit. Serves 4. Soft Oats – Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of WEM Organic Steel Cut Oats with a pinch of salt. Bring back to a boil and reduce to medium-low heat. Let simmer while stirring frequently. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add favorite seasoning and/or fruit. Serves 4. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Using a deep microwave safe bowl, add ½ cup of WEM Organic Steel Cut Oats to 1 cup water. Cook for 3 minutes uncovered in microwave. Stop and stir. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Carefully take hot bowl out of microwave. Add ¼ cup water, stir, cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Add favorite seasoning and/or fruit. Serves 2.
